Our Islington and Highbury studios are open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. We provide consistent, master-led care throughout the week to fit the pace of London life.

While every session is tailored to the individual, our guests frequently return for these four distinct protocols:

• Asian Mist® (Signature): Our premier bespoke treatment. This session is a curated somatic journey, combining fluid movements with a refreshing sensory atmosphere to restore your nervous system and clear mental fatigue.

• Deep Tissue Massage: A masterclass in structural alignment. Mentored by a 25-year sports therapy veteran, this treatment utilises advanced Myofascial Release and ITEC-standard techniques to deconstruct chronic tension and restore muscle elasticity.

• Thai Yoga Massage: A dynamic, lineage-based practice. This “lazy yoga” session uses rhythmic stretching and acupressure to unlock joints and improve overall mobility—the original Upper Street standard.

• Targeted Foot Reflexology: A grounding ritual that uses traditional tools and pressure points to stimulate the body’s internal healing, providing an immediate sense of lightness for those who navigate the city on foot.

For Thai Yoga Massage, please wear loose, comfortable clothing. For oil-based treatments, undress to your comfort level. As custodians of a sacred space, we maintain a shoe-free environment to ensure hygiene and stillness. We kindly ask you to leave the city behind and remove your shoes upon entry.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to maintain the schedule for our community and practitioners. Please check your booking confirmation for full terms.

Your restoration is our priority. We offer the Asiatic Assurance: If you feel the pressure, style, or resonance isn’t quite right, simply inform your massage therapist within the first 15 minutes. We will end the session immediately, free of charge—no questions asked. Continuing past 15 minutes means you’re enjoying the experience (as most of our clients do!)

We operate two distinct studios on Upper Street. Our Angel Atelier (93 Upper St N1 0NP) is a short walk from Angel Station, while our Highbury Boutique (262 Upper St N1 2UQ) is ideally located near Highbury & Islington Station.

The average cost of an hour-long massage is £75.

A 60-minute Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is £75. We are committed to providing the best value massage in Central London, offering elite clinical expertise at a rate that remains accessible compared to standard London prices of £85–£120.

For chronic issues like neck stiffness or lower back pain, we typically recommend a series of 5 or more sessions. Restoring muscle elasticity is a cumulative process of relief; our therapists will assess your progress at each intervention.
